We deliver to all states and territories in Australia and our products are delivered using Fastway or Australia Post . Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to most capital cities and major metropolitian areas. Regional country areas may take longer.
The shipping of your parcel can be tracked online, we will provide you with a confirmation email and online tracking number. It is paramount that you contact us if you have not received your parcel after 5 business days.
Shipping to PO BOXES within Australia will be made via Australia Post.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
A reversal of the payment from the bank will be made before we can reverse it back into the account from which the payment was made.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING RETURNS?
We offer free returns!
We will gladly accept a return for any reason if it is made within 7 days for unopened items. Please take care to return items undamaged with original retail packaging and proof of purchase. We will refund for any reason upon return of our product, regrettably we are unable to reimburse the initial shipping charges on returned products; you will also need to post the return products at your own expense.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE DEFECTS?
All our products hold the RCM tick indicating it complies with ACMA technical Australian standards; therefore we will happily refund your payment and absorb the return shipping cost on defective products.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
You will receive an email confirming that your refund is processed. Please allow your financial institution up to 21 days to post the refund to your account.
